My wife and I enjoyed a midlife sabbatical during which we lived aboard our boat. Our travels took us all over the eastern seaboard from the Florida Keys to the Canadian Maritimes. We spent years exploring the Great Lakes as well as the interior canal systems of both the United States and Canada before stopping at the Palm Coast Marina in 2002.
Instantly we fell in love with Flagler county and never left.
Whether it is the charm of Historic St. Augustine, the numerous world class golf courses in Palm Coast, the miles of beautiful uncrowded beaches, the excitement of Daytona or the attractions of nearby Orlando, why would anybody leave? That's why Flagler County was the fastest growing county in the United States two years in a row.
For twenty years I was an active successful real estate investor buying, selling and managing real estate for my own privately held company in the state of Maine. I have significant experience with both residential and commercial property as well as 1031 tax free exchanges.
In addition to my credentials in real estate, I also hold a US Coast Guard Master Captain’s License, earned my Naturalist Certification in Coastal Systems from the University of Florida.
In 2005 I was awarded the Florida Commendation Medal for leadership, initiative and altruism contributing to the welfare of Florida National Guard members in need. I take great pleasure in serving the men and women in uniform and their families.
